You will receive a comprehensive and prompt report in your email the day of the inspection as well as a thorough walk-thru summary at the completion of the inspection (if you wish to be present). 

 

     Qualifications/Experience

Our inspectors are Internachi and/or Ashi certified and insured with Errors and Omissions as well as liability insurance in the States of Michigan and Hawaii.

 

     Our inspectors offer a top notch inspection and customer service— but that’s not all. Nearly thirty years of building and real estate experience backs our trusted inspectors. Our lead inspector, Derek, was part of his father’s appraisal business even as a teenager and is a licensed builder and real estate investor in Michigan (though Hawaii has been his primary home for many years.) Apex Inspections is now operating in Michigan and Hawaii and is a family business, our lead inspector in Michigan is Derek's brother. Jobin is excellent  at inspecting a home but has devoted much of his life to building them.  Both brothers have decades of experience, from custom residential and commercial projects to real estate investing. All inspectors are certified by InterNachi or ASHI and adhere to the Standards of Practice governing those institutions. With growing families, we value the opportunity to lend our experience to yours. Our goal is to provide you with an honest and accurate report on the home and its' current condition.
